Proprietary Rights
User acknowledges that the Manulawbooks.in Site contains Content that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. V. PRICES

In cases which Manulawbooks.in deems in its sole discretion to be egregious, Manulawbooks.in may provide written notice (a "Restriction Notice") to a User (a "Restricted User") to inform such Restricted User that (i) his or her right to use or access any part of the Manulawbooks.in Site has been terminated including the right use, access or create any account thereon; (ii) that Manulawbooks.in refuses to provide any services to such Restricted User; and (iii) any subsequent dealings with Manulawbooks.in will be subject to the following conditions:

• Orders placed by a Restricted User ("Restricted Order") after the effective date specified in the Restriction Notice (the "Restriction Effective Date") shall be subject to cancellation.
• Manulawbooks.in shall be entitled to (1) charge the Administrative Fee against the payment method either used by the Restricted User to place the Restricted Order or stored by the Restricted User in the unauthorized account (e.g., credit card ) or (2) seek a judgment against the Restricted User for payment thereof.

Other conditions may apply and shall be set forth in the Restriction Notice.

User agrees that Manulawbooks.in shall be entitled to assess such Administrative Fee, to charge such payment method and to seek such judgment.

X. INDEMNITY
User agrees to indemnify and hold each Manulawbooks.in Provider harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of such User's breach of the Terms of Use or User's violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

XI. PA SSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Every User that has an account on the Manulawbooks.in Site is responsible for (i) keeping his or her account password confidential and secured, (ii) restricting access to such User's computer; and (iii) keeping the e-mail address associated with that account current (User acknowledges that it is important to keep the e-mail address associated with his or her account current because although the User may be able to log into his or her Manulawbooks.in account using an old e-mail address, such User will not receive messages from Manulawbooks.in about his or her orders and inquiries or other matters).

This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Delhi, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of manulawbooks.in .

Manulawbooks.in ‘s performance of the agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of manulawbooks.in ‘s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to use of site/services or information provided to or gathered by manulawbooks.in with respect to such use.
XVI. CONFIRMATION

You understand , declare and agree that:

·          Manulawbooks.in shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and the Seller

·          Seller shall be responsible to deliver the item to the Buyer within the time period specified for delivery to the Vendor.

·          Seller shall be solely responsible for any undelivered or damaged items.

·          Seller shall be solely responsible to make good the loss or damage raised by the Buyer in respect of damaged or non-damaged receipt of items.

·          Seller shall be responsible to deliver the books in the same quantity as are listed on the manulawbooks.in and that such books shall correspond with the description of the items listed on manulawbooks.in. You further agree and acknowledge that manulawbooks.in shall not be liable if the description of goods supplied by the Seller do not match /correspond with the description provided at the time of placing of order by the Buyer.
